but not everyone knows how to tell it. That's where I come in. If you want your event to be memorable, give it an epic story! What I do:

THEME DEVELOPMENT – I learn all I can about your company and your attendees, then work with you to create the big picture and outline how the story unfolds at all the touchpoints.

SOURCING – Need a venue? An interesting menu? Entertainment? Swag? I’ll do all the research, check availabilities and pricing, and present you a proposal. Once you make decisions, I will confirm the bookings. 

DESIGN – Color scheme, staging, scenery, props, furniture, linens, tableware, florals, accessories, lighting, music, badges, menus, invitations. Everything evolves from the story for a cohesive look and feel.

LOGISTICS - I'll handle all the details, develop the agenda, and make a playbook for your event team and all the crew.

PRICING - I’ll give you a flat fee for my creative services based on anticipated planning hours. The playbook will have everything you need to execute the event yourself, or you can add my onsite management services for a daily rate. All other expenses will be paid by you directly to the vendor. No markup!
